Meet Heather
Heather began her career in 1994 managing her parents food service business while working part time as a Certified Nursing Assistant.
In 1998, Heather returned to school majoring in Business Administration, Special Education and Computer Programming and Technology amassing a wealth of information with the objective to remain at the forefront of innovation, technology and logistics.
With 30 years experience as a consultant and contractor in the Medical Industry, Legal Industry and Educational Industry, Heather continues to focus on building a rapport with the Medicare qualifying community. She is currently working as an Operations Escalation Research and Response Specialist III de-escalating concerns and ensuring providers and members understand their cost share responsibility and benefits while offering community support and outreach
