My father was enrolled into a Medicare Advantage plan without his consent. He lives in a long term care nursing home. The plan would not cancel his policy and neither would Medicare. The nursing home was giving us a hard time because they prefer to work with Medicare only since my father is "unskillable" and not getting any therapy. But not only did Surgere advocate for my father, but you were able to find a resolution, retroactive as if this never even took plan. And that is amazing!
